OSSA Virtual Dryland
OSSA Virtual Dryland Sessions are run by Ryan and Sean McAnuff of Elite Performance Training. These sessions take place on Saturday afternoons at 1pm and will run weekly via Zoom until February 2021. All skating members of Ontario Speed Skating are welcome to attend!

Ontario Speed Skating is running another series of OSSA Virtual Dryland Sessions with Ryan and Sean McAnuff of Elite Performance Training. These sessions take place on Saturday afternoons at 1pm and will run weekly via Zoom until February 2021. All skating members of Ontario Speed Skating are welcome to attend and sessions will be recorded for those who cannot attend in live time!
