About The Event
All Programs include both on ice and off ice sessions. The camp concludes with an SSC sanctioned competition.
Required ST Time Standard (500m)
Females: sub 55 seconds; Males: sub 51 seconds (111m)
Conversion formula from 100m track to 111.12m track (400m time x 1.225) = 500m seed time
Required LT Time Standard (500m)
Females: sub 52 seconds; Males: sub 48 seconds
