FUNdamentals Leader Course

 

The FUNdamentals Leader Course will be offered virtually on Friday June 5 (evening) and Saturday June 6.

Attendance both days is required for course completion.
The minimum age for this course is 14 years old as of June 5, 2026.

The cost of the course is $80 + HST ($90.40) to be paid to Speed Skating Ontario via e-transfer or cheque, or SSO can invoice your Club.

FUNdamentals Coach Course

​

The FUNdamentals Coach Course will be offered virtually by SSO on Friday June 5 (evening) to Sunday June 7, 2026. Attendance at all 3 days is required for course completion.
 

The minimum age for this course is 16 years old as of June 5, 2026.

The cost of the course is $300 + HST ($339.00) to be paid to Speed Skating Ontario via e-transfer or cheque, or SSO can invoice your Club.

Introduction to Competition Coach Course

​

The Introduction to Competition Coach Course will be offered virtually by SSO on the following dates:

Thursday May 7 (evening)
Friday May 8 (evening)
Saturday May 9 (all day)
Sunday May 10 (partial day)
Thursday May 14 (evening)
Thursday May 21 (evening)   

Full attendance is required for course completion. There will also be course homework to complete.

The minimum age for this course is 16 years old as of May 7, 2026.

The cost of the course is $400 + HST ($452) to be paid to Speed Skating Ontario via e-transfer or cheque, or SSO can invoice your Club. 

Apply for the CAO funding to get up to 60% of the Intro to Comp course fees back.
