World Cup #3 Results

Our OSSA Long Track skaters were in action this weekend at World Cup 3 in Salt Lake City.

Ivanie Blondin and Isabelle Weidemann won Gold with their teammate Valerie Maltais in the Women's Team Pursuit. Ivanie also took Gold in the Mass Start event! In the 3000m, Isabelle finished 4th and Ivanie came in 6th with a PB time. Both also skated the 1500m, finishing 15th and 13th, respectively.

In the Men's racing, Jordan Belchos and the Men's Team Pursuit finished 5th. Jordan qualified for the Mass Start A final and finished 13th. Vincent De Haitre continued his return to long track finishing 17th in the 1000m.

The Long Track National Team is back in action this weekend at World Cup #4 in Calgary. Hayden Mayeur joins the squad at his first World Cup of the season. Hayden will race the 5000m after his Gold medal finish in the 5000m at Canada Cup #1 last weekend!

We wish the team luck as they race on home soil in Calgary!
